Not really certain what is going on here, but it is neat looking.
So here in the NE (north east) we are dealing with more snow than we normally get. Roofs are collapsing (because the roof owners are not clearing them off) Ice dams are causing water to leak into homes (because the roof owners are not clearing them off) and people are getting arrested for threatening others for taking parking spaces or throwing snow on spots that have been cleared off.
But what really sucks is that the bike messengers do not have a clean spot to lock their bike.
