This week I have been covering the President's vacation on Martha's Vineyard. I know, most people who know that I am here are telling me that I have it tough. Well, it actually is.

Typical day... Up early to see if there has been movement. If there isn't any movement, I head to where I THINK he might go. I choose the West Tisbury Fair. Good thought at the moment. After two days it doesn't pan out. In fact several of my colleagues have the same thought at one time or another while I am there. At least I am friends with most of them. Nearly everyone at the fair thinks that the president is going to arrive any minute solely based on the fact that I and several other news photographers are on the grounds. Oh boy do we cover that fair.

oh yea, the reason I'm here. Never see him. He skipped the fair.
